Observing health and safety in early care and education (ECE) programs requires knowledge of health and safety practices. It also requires the ability to build strong relationships with programs. Child care health consultants (CCHCs) must know what to look for as well as what to do about their findings. Explore how CCHCs can strengthen their observation and consultation skills to help ECE programs to improve health and safety.
