Do you want to retain and attract top talent? Do you want to invest in your leaders but need to figure out how? Are you working to build high-performing teams? We know it is a competitive landscape for organizations, especially in early childhood education, and employees continue to demand more from organizations, leadership, and their teams. A staggering 75% of employees who voluntarily leave work quit their bosses, not their jobs. In this session, you will learn the Transform Consulting Group (TCG) High-Performing Organization Framework and share how applying the key principles can strengthen leadership and improve culture. The High-Performing Organizations Framework consists of the following eight characteristics and the impact these characteristics have on relationships and operations.

Unveiling of the NEW Florida Head Start State Association Dashboard

Learn how Transform Consulting Group (TCG) worked with the Florida Head Start Association to create a dashboard that informs policymakers and other state leaders about the important role that Head Start programs play in the state and the unmet need for additional funding.  By the end of this session, attendees will leave with a better understanding of how to use this new dashboard and how to leverage this information to make the case locally for supporting Head Start.
