Effective Immediately upon publication of the Interim Final Rule (November 30, 2021) masks will be required for all individuals two years of age and older, with some exceptions.  Vaccine requirements by January 31, 2022.  January 3: First-dose deadline (Moderna COVID-19 vaccine); January 10: First-dose deadline (Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine); January 31: Second-dose deadline (Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech); January 31: First (only)- dose deadline (Johnson & Johnson).
