The FHSA Annual Conference & Expo will take place on March 4-6, 2020 at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Studios. The current agenda is listed below.

Expo Costs and Details

As an exhibitor, you will receive the following:

  • Each booth space is 8 x 10 
  • A 6' draped table
  • Two (2) chairs, and a wastebasket
  • One (1) I.D. sign
  • One (1) conference badge
  • List of attendees, pre-and post-conference
  • Directory listing in the conference program/App. 

Additional conference badges can be purchased for $250 per badge. Some of our sponsorships come with exhibit space and additional badges. Check out those opportunities before submitting an exhibitor registration. If you would like to register for additional company badges, please use this form.

  • $525 - One (1) Booth
  • $775 - Two (2) Booths
  • $900 - Three (3) Booths
  • $1,100 - Four (4) Booths
A limited number of Complimentary spaces for not-for-profit organizations or government agencies seeking to distribute information only to conference attendees. (This option is reserved for not-for-profits who will not be conducting any sales just for information purposes only. If selecting this option, the representative must complete a conference registration along with submitting exhibitor registration).

Booth space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and is assigned based upon membership, length of services to FHSA, sponsorship, and date registration was received. Exhibitor registration closes Thursday, January 31, 2020. 

General Services Contractor

FHSA will be using Brede/Allied Convention Services for all our exhibitor's shipping/handling needs. Due to hotels' limited capabilities, NO packages can be shipped directly to the Hotel and will be refused.  Exhibitors can expect to receive exhibitor service manuals and online ordering from Brede/Allied Convention Services concerning all Trade Show details and shipping supplies. Their online Exhibitor Manual will also provide information and forms for ordering other non-Brede/Allied services, such as electrical, audio-visual, floral as well as show specific needs. 

Brede/Allied Convention Services provides the following services and furnishings:

  • Freight and shipping handling in/out- Please note: Packages should be sent through Brede/Allied Convention Services and not the hotel. 
  • Standard rental furnishings
  • All ancillary services
  • Cleaning and janitorial services

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

Booth space shall be considered reserved upon receipt of sign-up and payment in full. Cancellations more than 120 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations 91-120 days before the event will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations 60-90 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days before the date of the event. Should any circumstances beyond the control of and not the fault of FHSA prevent the show from being held as scheduled, no fees shall be refunded. Individual insurance coverage shall be the responsibility of the individual exhibitor. If an exhibitor is unable to attend the Conference, written notification of cancellation must be received to the FHSA office. No-shows are non-refundable and responsible for the registration fee. Conference & Expo Venue

This year's conference will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando.

FHSA has secured a room block and is open and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The room block expires on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, or until it reaches capacity.

FHSA conference rate is being offered three (3) days pre and post-conference.

Parking: Overnight and event day self-parking rate is discounted to $11+ tax a night. Valet services are $29.00+ tax a night.
