  1. I enjoyed seeing Khari Garvin, Director of the Office of Head Start (OHS), yesterday during NHSA's opening general session, where he provided insight regarding where Head Start is headed. He empowered attendees to recommit to the Head Start Movement while his office will focus on the following priorities. 1. Child Health & Safety 2. Resources aimed to reach children, families, and of greatest need 3. Leverage and strengthen alignment with state systems and school districts. 4. Reinvest in Head Start's workforce. Look for more to come from OHS!

  2.  Full Enrollment Initiative Thursday, May 18, 2023 @ 1:00 PM, ET.  Please join the Office of Head Start (OHS) as they will discuss the Full Enrollment Initiative (FEI) goals and what to expect as part of the FEI process.
