- Giving you a Heads Up! FHSA has heard that the Office of Head Start is preparing to release a Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) on the Head Start Program Performance Standards. The NPRM should come out in the next week or so. We've heard that could be centered around staffing and workforce and in relation to President Biden's executive Order from several months ago on the early childhood workforce. We will keep you posted.
- FY24 Risk Assessment Notification (RAN) Information: Head Start recipients must report health and safety incidents to the Office of Head Start Regional Office immediately or as soon as practicable.
