Head Start and Child Care Research Dissertation Grants

Two NEW 2024 Funding Opportunities for Early Childhood Dissertation Research are now open! For two decades, the Early Care and Education Research Scholars grants have supported doctoral dissertations researching issues related to Head Start and child care. This research grant program offers funding for one or two year research projects that conduct rigorous qualitative, quantitative, or secondary research analyses and have the capacity to inform policy and practice decisions and solutions, particularly for underserved/understudied populations.
