Meeting Venue

This event will take place at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach. Located on one of America’s most famous beaches. The Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach offers stellar amenities and unique accommodations that will rock you. 

FHSA has secured a special rate of $149 per night plus applicable state and local taxes, currently at 12.5%. This special room rate is also available for 2 days post-event, based on availability. A $39 resort fee plus tax per day includes self-parking, standard Wireless Internet access in guest rooms, public areas and meeting space, nightly live entertainment, local and 800 phone calls, in-room coffee, and bottled waters, in-room safe, traffic-free beach access, 24-hours access to the Body Rock® Fitness Center, business center, pool towels, access to Rock Spa & Salon Steam Room, access to Roxity Youth Club®, and the Sound of Your Stay® Exclusive Audio Experience.  

24-hour Valet Parking is available at the rate of $17.00 plus 6.5% tax per night. Daily valet parking is $10.00 plus 6.5% tax per day.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests made in writing by 5:00 pm, October 1 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made after October 1 WILL NOT receive a refund. There will be no refunds for “no shows.”
