The Iowa and Florida Head Start Associations are partnering to bring you and your Head Start peers together to support transportation management and learn how to confidently meet the requirements in 1303 Subpart F.

Start the school year off on the right foot by preparing your staff to confidently support transportation standards and requirements!
Meeting 1303 Subpart F—Transportation requirements can feel like a daunting task. During this morning session we will break down the standards and discuss how your program can feel confident you have effective policies and procedures in place to provide safe transportation to your students while meeting HSPPS.

Course Description:
This three-hour session is for transportation managers with all levels of experience. It will give your staff a comprehensive overview of information to help them successively meet transportation compliance and safety requirements. Whether this is a review of previously covered information or an introduction to transportation standards, this course will help build confidence at all levels.

This is also a great opportunity to connect with your transportation peers from across the region, share what is working great in your program, share ideas, share challenges, and ask questions. All participants will be part of a newly formed peer networking group. This unique group will be a resource for support and guidance as you move forward.
