Join the Office of Head Start (OHS) as we discuss this coming program year as a season of ongoing recovery, response, and renewal. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Head Start programs — inclusive of Head Start, Early Head Start, Migrant and Seasonal Head Start, American Indian and Alaska Native Head Start, and Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership programs — have faced unprecedented challenges and responded with flexibility, innovation, and dedication. Now, as programs prepare for program year (PY) 2022-2023, OHS is providing updated guidance.

This webinar focuses on the use of the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS®) as a quality improvement opportunity, the restart of the Full Enrollment Initiative, and the importance of ensuring program services are responsive to community needs. This information is especially helpful as Head Start programs plan and implement recruitment and enrollment strategies in preparation for PY 2022-2023.
