This two-day virtual training institute will provide ongoing support through a monthly Community of Practice (CoP) between February–May 2023. The purpose of this national training and technical assistance opportunity is to support recipients in creating a culture of wellness, positive morale, and respect for staff through systematic, program-wide approaches. Participants leave the SWI well on their way to developing a staff wellness action plan for their program. During the four-month CoP, SWI trainers, alumni, and peers will support one another to develop a plan, start implementation, and track progress.

The Staff Wellness Institute is offered with simultaneous interpretation in Spanish.
