The State law requires the Division of Early Learning to adopt a market rate to pay providers who offer school readiness services. To that end, DEL will be hosting a webinar to discuss the process of The Market Rate Survey, where local childcare providers share their private pay rates with the early learning coalitions via DEL’s statewide information system (EFS Mod). This information is considered when determining a School Readiness (SR) reimbursement rate for providers that serve SR children.
