The Florida Chamber Foundation’s Florida Prosperity Project is laser-focused on uniting Florida's leaders behind the Florida 2030 Blueprint goal of cutting Florida childhood poverty in half by 2030 and ensuring 100% of children have a pathway out. Currently, TheFloridaScorecard.org tells us that there are 773,801 children living in poverty in Florida’s 983 zip codes; our research shows that half of those children live in just 150, or 15%, of Florida’s zip codes.

The latest childhood poverty numbers will soon be released and the Florida Chamber Foundation’s research team will immediately analyze the data to provide insight into how it impacts the path to prosperity in Florida, our economy, and the business community.
