The Children's Equity Project, in partnership with the Bipartisan Policy Center and Start Early, is launching a 3-part webinar series on the Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships. The 3 part series will dive deeper into the recently published set of briefs: “Building Supply, Enhancing Quality, and Advancing Equity: The Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership Series.”

Click here to view the new briefs published highlighting the promising work of the EHS-CCPs to date, particularly related to pandemic recovery and stabilization, and highlights the many roles that states can play in establishing and expanding their EHS-CCPs, including by using Preschool Development Grant Birth to Five funding and aligning CCDF quality funding with supports needed to implement the Early Head Start model.

Webinar 1, taking place Monday, January 23 at, 3:00 PM-4:30 PM ET,  will explore what the partnerships are, how they came to be, and actionable policy recommendations across all of the levels of government to establish and grow EHS-CCPs. Register HERE!

Webinar 2, taking place Tuesday, April 4 at, 3:00 PM-4:00 PM ET,  will dive deeper into the state's role in building EHS-CCPs and explore concrete approaches to establish and expand EHS-CCPs.

Webinar 3, taking place Tuesday, July 18 at, 3:00 PM-4:00 PM ET, will highlight examples from the field and feature existing EHS-CCP administrators, with an emphasis on how the partnerships have contributed to stabilizing childcare partners during the pandemic, expanding access to mental health and other comprehensive services for children and families, and strengthening workforce development and retention.
