Storytelling is a powerful technique to engage and build relationships with families. In this second webinar in the Journeys of Hope and Courage series, we will explore actively listening to families’ personal stories about their lived experiences to connect with them on a deeper level. During the webinar, we will create an environment to think together about listening carefully and respectfully to families while empathizing, reflecting, and responding to their questions.
