Embarking on a Family Service Manager's Journey through the Season’s Tool is a 2 1/2 day in-person event in partnership with NCPFCE. It is designed to support Family Service Managers/Coordinators with building capacity through intentional planning focused on family and community engagement using effective strategies, reflective practices, and strengths-based approaches. This event will focus on parent, family, and community engagement fundamentals; the Family Service Manager’s role in program systems; the Family Service Manager’s role in supporting staff with families; planning and managing family services throughout the year; and growing your Family Service team’s professional development.
