The Wellness Institute is a FREE 4-day event that engages recipients on a journey from research to practice. This institute will provide opportunities for recipients to explore and expand their ideas of what it means to promote a culture of safety & well-being in a supportive environment that encourages employees to adopt healthy behaviors and positive lifestyle changes for overall staff and family well-being.

Learning Objectives:

• Recipients will examine strategies to support organizational wellness while identifying ways to promote a positive & empowering work environment.
• Recipient will identify some factors that may contribute to personal beliefs about positive guidance strategies for building empathy and belonging in HS/EHS classrooms.
• Recipients will examine how their program develops and sustains a staff wellness action plan inclusive of resources and strategies to support mental wellbeing in the workplace.
