The COVID-19 pandemic has disproportionately impacted Black families and exposed broken economic, social, educational, and health systems that plague Black communities. While the nation is still in the throes of the pandemic, the roll-out of vaccines brings some hope for a safe re-opening of our society. Join Black policy leaders, researchers and parents for a discussion of the trauma experienced by Black families during the pandemic, the policies needed for healing and bringing about equitable systems, and personal approaches to finding joy
