The National Head Start Association and the Seldin / Haring-Smith Foundation’s Civic Mapping developed this interactive map to not only highlight barriers Head Start families face in accessing services but to assist Head Start programs with community assessments and planning various meetings within your agencies.

New Resource Highlights Innovations to Strengthen ECE Facility Infrastructure, The Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) recently released a report, From the Ground Up: Improving Child Care and Early Learning Facilities, that demonstrates the ways states, localities, and tribes can invest in ECE facility improvements.

  3. The Discovery Source Introduces Solutions for Challenging Behaviors: Supportive Environments webinar on Wednesday, November 08, 2023, @ 3:30 PM ET. Join The Discovery Source Professional Development team and partners to discuss Solutions for Challenging Behaviors and materials! Participants will be able to identify strategies that can be used to keep building positive relationships while going through routines and activities, help children learn rules, expectations, and routines, design environments and routines that promote engagement, and plan structured transitions with learning opportunities within!
