- Department of Education Division: The Division of Early Learning has amended Rule 6M-8.604. This update revises the requirements, policies, and procedures for the curriculum review and approval process for Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) program providers that are on probation. The revisions include changes to the rule language to incorporate new forms and updated statutory language.
