  2. Help Me Grow® Florida has developed a FREE virtual Milestone Checklists for families, caregivers, and educators of children birth-5 to learn more about their child’s development. The checklist is adapted from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that encourages learning the signs of healthy development (developmental milestones); monitor a child’s early development, and act early on possible developmental concerns.
