 1:1 Exhibitor Meeting preferences are open!
If you haven’t submitted your selections yet, now is the time to act- Deadline is Friday, October 23, 2026. This is your opportunity to connect with exhibitors offering products, services, and resources to support your Head Start program. This is your chance to meet directly with exhibitors offering innovative products, services, and resources to strengthen your Head Start program. Here’s how to secure your spot:
1. Log in: Use the link below and sign in with the email you used to register.
2. Explore exhibitors: Choose 10 exhibitors you want to meet. Filter by category, then review each company profile to see what they offer.
3. Rank your picks: Arrange your 10 selections in order of priority—your #1 choice should be the exhibitor you most want to meet.
4. Submit your preferences: FHSA will build your personalized 1:1 Exhibitor Meeting schedule based on your rankings.
These appointments will take place during the dedicated meeting blocks on Tuesday, October 27, from 10:30 a.m. –11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. –3:00 p.m.
Your assigned meetings will appear in your FHSA26 Conference App shortly before the event.
Note: Selecting 10 exhibitors does not guarantee 10 appointments. Most attendees will receive 2–4 scheduled meetings based on demand and availability.
