Help Celebrate These Florida Programs
|
FHSA would like to celebrate the following Florida program for finishing in the top 15 of NHSA's "May Madness" by gathering the most parents and caregiver signatures on the letter to President Joe Biden:
- Children First, Inc.
- 4C Head Start
- Episcopal Children's Services, Inc.
Thank you for your outreach efforts. Your commitment to engaging your community impacted this campaign, making it the most successful NHSA letter-writing campaign in recent history!
|
Join us in urging Congress to recognize that investing in Head Start is essential, despite differing opinions on the best use of taxpayers dollars. Let's seize the opportunity in FY25 to breathe new life into this crucial federal-to-local partnership!
ACT NOW and send a message to advocate for increased funding.

Office of Head Start Updates
|
All Head Start staff and volunteers are responsible for ensuring that no child is left unsupervised. Active supervision is a strategy that works in classrooms, family childcare centers, playgrounds, and buses.
Print and display this at-a-glance handout and poster throughout your program to remind everyone of active supervision strategies.
