A rules development workshop on RULE: 6M-4.500  Child Attendance and Provider Reimbursements will be held on April 2, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m EDT or until business is concluded, whichever is earlier. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Written comments on the proposed rule may be submitted prior to the 4/2/26 rule workshop date to [email protected]. All emails should have “6M-4.500 Comment” in the subject line.

This revised rule is to add additional eligibility criteria for School Readiness (SR) providers to obtain and maintain a special needs differential provider reimbursement payment.
