In response to the "Reducing Federal Burden for Head Start Programs" NPRM released by the Dept. of Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families, FHSA will virtually gather Head Start/Early Head Start leaders to present a conversation that details the potential impacts to programs across Florida of the proposed rule.

We are inviting child advocates and early childhood stakeholders from across the state to hear about these potential implications and seek comments to the rule before the October 6, 2026 deadline.
