Dr. Kathy Star, is the CEO/Owner of KAS Health Consultants and has over 40 years of experience as a Health Services Consultant. She spent 25 years as a Head Start Health Service Director and has worked 40 years as a Federal Health reviewer as well as providing training and on-site support for more than 15 years. She holds a doctorate in Public Health Administration.
