  1. NHSA released its Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24) budget recommendation and secured the signatures of 220+ members of Congress in support of the recommendations.  Head Start advocates are urged to contact their members of Congress to support Head Start in FY24.

Exploring On-Campus Childcare Solutions: Head Start and Community College Partnerships webinar Thursday, April 13, 2023, @ 2:00 PM ET, Join the Association of Community College Trustees and the National Head Start Association as they launch their Kids on Campus project. During this webinar, they will provide insights on the issues faced by student parents at large in accessing childcare and highlight some of the work done thus far that has led to this project and partnership.
