  1. FHSA congratulates members Episcopal Children's Services for being selected as a finalist for Florida Grant Challenge. ICYMI: High stakes for children when Medicaid Continuous Coverage Protection expires. when states resume regular operations after Medicaid’s coverage protection expires on April 1, the nation’s child uninsured rate could double if states do not pay special attention to keeping eligible children enrolled.   3. Resources for Medicaid Redetermination Starting in April. Make sure our staff and families are aware of these resources to help communicate that they should update their contact information with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and wait for a letter or email from DCF about the next steps for their health insurance.
