- Addressing Child Incidents Through a Culture of Safety, Thursday, October 13, 2022 @ 2:00 PM ET, Join OHS as they explore patterns of child health and safety incidents across Head Start programs and how to prevent their occurrence. This webinar explains the role of Head Start programs in reporting health and safety incidents, identifies the federal staff to whom programs must report, and lays out the reporting time frame.
