FHSA special rate is $229++ single/double based on availability.  A discounted resort fee of $20 plus tax per night is also discounted.  Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 11.5%) in effect at the time of check-out. Due to a Marriott-wide update to their website, the Resort Fee will automatically display the standard $35/night. However, it will be discounted upon arrival to the resort.
