- State Board of Education Approved Amendments to Rules 6M-8.620 and 6M-8.621, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), State Board of Education Approved Amendments to Rules 6M-8.620 and 6M-8.621, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). On October 18, 2023, Florida’s State Board of Education approved revisions to Rules 6M-8.620 and 6M-8.621, F.A.C., regarding the Coordinated Screening and Progress Monitoring (CSPM) Program and Program Assessment. These rules are critical to implementing accountability requirements for contracted providers participating in Florida’s Voluntary Prekindergarten (V.P.K.) Program. They will take effect on November 20, 2023.
